Small Paradise ( Moved to community.thehorsesadvocate.com )A unique stall in south FL. We should be as creative on our own farms. I wonder how the horse likes it and if this helps their psyche as some horses spend a lot of time in stalls.

Integrity ( Moved to community.thehorsesadvocate.com )Integrity is the quality of being honest. It is what we have at the end of the day. What is inside the mouth of the horse is unseen by the owner but the integrity of the professional is always seen.

A Pain In My Finger ( Moved to community.thehorsesadvocate.com )Our style of equine dentistry does not automatically medicate the horses. There are days I pay the price of a head that moves and my finger gets rasped instead of the tooth.

Pull The Tooth! ( Moved to community.thehorsesadvocate.com )Pulling teeth is the dentistry equivalent of the expression “Do something!” But is “doing something” always in the best interest of the horse? Abscesses are ugly but natural and effective for infections.

Kicked In The Teeth ( Moved to community.thehorsesadvocate.com )After 35 years, I still get “kicked in the teeth” by people and professionals who believe in myths. They perpetuate these false beliefs in equine dentistry without asking someone who has experience.
