I was wondering if you could explain a bit about incisor reduction and when it may or may not be necessary? I know a lot of Equine Dentists reduce the incisors without a rhyme or reason, but what about in the event of parrot mouth when the mandibular incisors are rubbing into the palate causing soft tissue damage? Cheek ulcers (mouth sores from abrasions / bite) heal very quickly – as fast as humans.
