These incisors are level across. Notice that the tongue is waring symmetrically the incisors (white enamel areas). Also note that the palate bulges in front of the tongue creating a thick pad there which is common. Also note that the gum line of all incisors are receding and are developing a ridge and that there is debris along the gum line of the upper incisors that the tongue is unable to clean. These may be signs of developing EOTRH.
