408 medial sagittal and transverse tooth fragment in a 28 year old. The lingual side faces the hand. The dental pic was placed between 407 and the tooth fragment. Pressing caudally, the fragment was displaced medially and was then grabbed with the fingers. It was only attached by the tag of gum tissue seen on the caudal and distal part of the fragment.
