Cap remnant lingual 408 in an 18 year old. Painful and malodor. Think of a popcorn kernel stuck between your tooth and gum that you can’t remove with your tongue. That is what a cap remnant is like. Usually found in young horses, it is very unusual to find them in an 18 year old.
