Hey everyone! Next Sunday at 8PM I’ll be hosting a Zoom meeting for members only (that’s you). I think I’ll talk about aerobic exercise and it’s role in insulin resistance. What do you think? Too much? Just right? There will be a Q&A after it and it will be recorded (if we remember to make that happen).

Matt will be posting the link soon.

Remember you must have Zoom installed on your computer / pad / phone to participate. This requires you to have a FREE account with them. Make this happen BEFORE the meeting.

These meetings will be every last Sunday (United States eastern / New York time) of the month. I chose 8 pm because this covers the US well but I realize there are members here living in Europe. Soon there will be Australian members too. While all will be recorded, would an earlier time be better? Noon here is 9am in the US west coast, 5pm UK, 7pm Italy, and midnight in Thailand / Australia (give or take a few hours).

What do you all think? Does noon sound good or does it disrupt your barn / horse / sleep / clean the house time? I cannot make EVERYONE happy, but I can try.

      • 5pm UK time is much better for me, maybe you could vary the time from month to month?  A recording of next Sunday’s would be excellent, it’s an interesting topic.  Could we submit a written question is we can’t join the meeting?

        • Thanks for this great idea of submitting a question before the live event.  Please do!

Staggering the start times may become a problem as time goes on.  I think I need to pick a time and stick with it to help all members schedule. For most, however, it will be the recording listened to the next cold morning while mucking stalls. 🤠
