I moved this meeting to Monday from Sunday because of 2 reasons: 1) logistics (I am still on the road and won’t be home until Sunday afternoon) and 2) few people attend a Sunday webinar so I’m trying a non-week end day. I’m not sure if there is a “perfect” day or time as everyone is spread out over the globe.

It seems like 8pm US eastern time covers most of the US (5 pm to 8 pm) but it also leaves out Europe (1am or so) and Australia (maybe 8am or so). I think it is just impossible to do live everywhere – but you can always pre-ask some questions which I will cover at the end and then you can watch the recording.

“The Ins And Outs Of Fat” will be an attempt to look at only one segment of the path of how glucose (sugar) is used in horses. It will also touch on how this causes chronic inflammation. My goal is to simplify one aspect of what seems to be a very complex subject. But in small pieces it will come together for all of you – piece by piece.
