What is stopping you from having a perfect relationship with your horse? How do you overcome painful or uncertain past events to connect in the present with your horse? I will explain my method for connecting with almost every horse in just 30 seconds. Please comment with your questions below.

0:00:29 – Report on the CDE (Combined Driving Event) that a member recently did. Here is the definition of a CDE: “Combined driving is designed to test a Driver’s ability as well as the horse’s obedience, speed and athleticism, in three demanding phases with a carriage in tow: Driven Dressage, Marathon, and Cones. The sport, conceptualized by the late Prince Phillip, Duke of Edinburgh, is modeled after the mounted equestrian discipline of three-day eventing or the human equivalent of a triathlon.”
0:02:03 – This led to a discussion about Potomac Horse Fever and vaccinations in general for horses. Wikipedia: “Potomac Horse Fever (PHF) is a potentially fatal febrile illness affecting horses caused by the intracellular bacterium Neorickettsia risticii. PHF is also known as Shasta River Crud and Equine Monocytic Ehrlichiosis. It was first described in areas surrounding the Potomac River northwest of Washington, D.C., in the 1980s, but cases have been described in many other parts of the United States, such as Minnesota, California, and Pennsylvania. Currently, it is found in more than 40 U.S. states and Canada.”
0:22:33 – I thank everyone who has listened to and shared my podcasts via YouTube. This has reached the critical point where I am now being monetized.
0:23:44—Pro Tip—Two-click option on the phone to see The Horse’s Advocate website activity page: Go to your phone’s web browser, type in TheHorsesAdvocate.com, and go to the login page, but don’t log in. Select the “Save” option and select “Desktop.” Now, a shortcut will be created for the phone’s desktop. If you use a password saver (the browser has one, LastPass, or others), click on that to autofill the username and password. Now you can click on the shortcut, then the autofill option, and you will be logged in.
0:26:22 – We discuss the term “connection” and its use between you and the horse. This has several points plus feedback from attendees.
1:10:29 – A discussion about titers against disease versus vaccinating for that disease. This is a continuation of the discussion about vaccines from earlier in this video.
