    Just like that, we are in 2025! To kick things off this year, I want to (Arnold voice) Pump You Up! Muscles are essential for performance and injury prevention as all mammals age, but what types of muscles do horses have? Which muscles are the most important? How can we build up muscles naturally, and most importantly, how can we maintain the muscles our horses already have?
