Hiya from Sundance’s Mom
Hiya,
Sundance (soon to be 6 year old) rescued Trakehner and I wanted to say Hello and Thank you for the opportunity to be part of this community.
Sundance adopted me two years ago(March 2019) and I’m so grateful he did. Being his mom has been an amazing journey. He is my daily sun to my life’s dance and I would be lost without him. Ok maybe that’s a little corny 🙂
I found my way to Horse’s Advocate after watching Dr Tucker video on Caudel Heel Pain in Horses. I learned a lot from that video – Thank you!! and yes there is a reason for my research on caudal heel pain/navicular 😢
I look forward to digging in more and learning everything I can to be the best mom to my boy.

Thank you for finding me via a video about caudal heel pain. Back then I was not as big on nutrition but now I realize how integral nutrition and insulin resistance is in everything – including the hoof and soft tissue strength.
I have a lot more things planned and one of them is to create a course on the biomechanics of lameness. Stay tuned! Doc T
