I just uploaded the recording of last night’s Rounds With Doc T. Thanks to those attending, and thank you if you watch the replay.

It has two parts. The first is where I discuss winter preparations, including water, wind, blanketing, ventilation, and feeding. You can identify this in the video by seeing the whiteboard and my writing. Toward the end of the video, I make an additional point about blanketing.

The second part, where you see me and not the whiteboard, is a deep dive into feeding. I touch on fructose and horses’ ability to make it, which helps horses survive winter. I also spend time on the concept of energy flux and how to use this to adjust how to feed horses throughout winter.
