I just heard a 2 hour podcast on muscle formation and how important the creation of muscle is in overall health of humans. This is worthy of a podcast discussion as it relates to the health of our horses.
Simply put, more muscle = more places to store excess glucose without fat formation. It is an integral part of maintaining blood glucose and therefore muscle retention and loss of body fat.
However – how about some more ideas that you want me to podcast about. I can think of a bunch but this is OUR site – so speak up!
Dentistry – I know a lot about this
Nutrition – what need=s more clarification?
Diseases and disease prevention (vaccinations)
Foals / foaling / breeding
Coat color / patterns
Barn construction and ideas (how to soak hay and not break your back)
